This evaluation will assess ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Kenya¡¯s strategic support to national and sub-national government priorities across the 2018¨C2023 and 2023¨C2027 Country Strategic Plan (CSP) cycles, reflecting the shift from direct assistance to strengthening national systems, resilience, and long-term food security.
