The evaluation of ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½¡¯s Supply Chain Strategic Roadmap 2022¨C2025 assessed the roadmap¡¯s contribution to guiding the strategic direction of ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½¡¯s supply chain; its efficiency; its results in terms of ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½¡¯s work in leading emergency response, strengthening national systems and providing services to partners; and how the ambitions underpinning the roadmap were supported by strategic enablers ¨C people, partnerships, evidence, technology and funding.
The evaluation found that the roadmap set relevant aspirations for ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½¡¯s supply chain, enabling adaptation to emerging initiatives and diverse contexts. During the roadmap¡¯s implementation, ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ continued its leadership role in emergency response supported by its supply chain infrastructure and rapid response mechanisms, provided support to national systems, and was a trusted humanitarian partner. Given the magnitude of change in the humanitarian landscape, there is now a need for a strategic update.
