In accordance with the UN ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ (ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½) Office of Evaluation¡¯s 2026 work plan, approved by the Executive Board in November 2025, ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ is launching an evaluation of ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½¡¯s emergency response in the State of Palestine.
This term of reference is based on an initial document review and consultations with ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ key stakeholders. The purpose of these TORs is to provide key information to stakeholders about the evaluation, to guide the evaluation team and to specify expectations during the various phases of the evaluation.
