Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) refers to acts committed by ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ employees (and those associated to the work of ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½) against beneficiaries and communities served by ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½. ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ has a zero tolerance policy for sexual exploitation and abuse.
