Joyce Kanyangwa Luma is the Assistant Executive Director ad interim for Workplace and Management, having returned to ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ following her retirement to serve in this role.
She leads ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½'s enabling services, overseeing the organization's human resources, management services, technology, security, change management, and wellness and culture portfolios. She helps ensure ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ has the people and solutions needed to deliver its global mandate. A strong advocate for duty of care, she is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive and healthy workplace for all personnel.
